How to submit

Picture / image of artworks, antiques and crafts

The following format is acceptable for artworks, antiques and crafts submission.

  • Photograph - maximum size is 8 1/2" by 11" (recommended)

  • Slide - 35-mm (135) - no glass mounted.

  • Diskette - IBM Format

  • Iomega ZIP Drive - 100MB Diskette - IBM Format

  • CD - IBM Format

We cannot accept any attachment to E-Mail.

  • All graphics must be of high resolution.  It should be able to print with high quality.

  • If an artist needs to photograph for his / her artworks, Art Network Today, Inc. will provide the service with a fee. 

  • Mark each artwork with orientations (Up side and Left side) on back of photograph, back of painting, or back edge of slide pictures.

  • Attach a copy of print out of each artwork from a diskette, CD, or ZIP Drive to indicate with orientations of  images.

Text

For a bibliography, introduction, and other text 
the following formats are acceptable.

  • Rich Text Format
  • Any Text Format
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Works
  • Corel WordPerfect
  • Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF)
