Sales of Artworks
The
Art Network Today, Inc. encourages artists, crafters, photographers, students,
and antique collectors to sell their artworks, antiques and crafts through our
website.
Buyers
will be charged appropriate taxes.
Buyers
will be charged with insurance, shipping and handling cost.
The
cost of Artworks do not include frame or backing of the artworks.
However, buyers may request to provide frame and / or backing on the
artwork they purchase. The cost
will be charged to the buyer.
There
will be no refund of the purchased artworks, antiques and crafts.
We will treat the transaction similar to an online auction.
Buyers
have to send checks or money order to the Art Network Today, Inc. for the amount
specified on the artwork, antique or craft.
Art Network Today, Inc. will send additional bill for the
insurance, shipping, and handling charges.
Artists,
antique collectors and crafters must send release of an artwork, antique or
craft form to the Art Network Today, Inc. Art
Network Today, Inc. will then provide the release form to the buyer.
After
the sales of artworks, antiques or crafts, it is the responsibility of the
artist, antique collectors or crafters for the delivery of the artworks,
antiques or crafts to the Art Network Today, Inc. with special packaging and
handling of the artwork, antiques or crafts.
Artist, antique collectors or crafter can make an arrangement to have
hand delivery of their artworks, antiques or craft. However, it is the artist, antique collector, crafter or
seller's responsibility for the expense. Officials of the Art Network Today,
Inc. will inspect the quality of the artworks, antique and crafts and then they
will be delivered to the buyer. The
Art Network Today, Inc. will not take any responsibility of damaged or lost
items.
After
the buyer received the artwork, antique or craft, the artist, antique collector
or crafter will receive the total payment less commission and other expenses.
Artists,
antique collectors and crafters will receive 1099MISC and/or other necessary
form by the end of January of the following year.
